Christopher A. Carter is the founder and owner of The Financial Group, LLC. Chris oversees all company operations, including management, marketing, business development, corporate technology, and business strategy. Before founding The Financial Group, LLC in October 2005, Chris worked in the mortgage industry as a Branch Manager and Business Development Manager with a nationwide mortgage company where he specialized in residential and commercial property assessments and environmental remediation. He immediately became one of the top producers in the mortgage industry and provides impeccable service to each of his clients. After entering into the mortgage industry in 2003, Chris spent many hours working with investors and teaching how to buy foreclosures through sponsoring Real Estate Investing seminars with Matt Robinson of Portico Wealth Training, based out of Pensacola, Florida. He has had the opportunity to be a part of many seminars with some well known speakers in the real estate investing world. Over the past several years, The Financial Group, LLC has become well known for a “One Stop Shop” theory for all Real Estate Investors.

Chris’ success can be attributed to his customer-service focused mentality, his attention to detail, and his vast knowledge of mortgage products available in today’s market. Chris’ number one belief in life is, “You will never reach your full potential until you help someone else reach their potential.”

When Chris is not working with investors he spends his time involved in other charitable associations, such as the many real estate navigator groups throughout Florida, and also enjoys the beach, his local church, and being an avid member in sponsoring the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Chris prides himself in building a strong Real Estate Investment Company and helping the community by working with Real Estate Investors nationwide at providing affordable housing in the Jacksonville area.

Tyson Drummond is the co founder and owner of The Financial Group, LLC, serving as the company’s president and managing partner. He brings valuable experience to the table and leads the companies advertising and growth through analyzing properties and investments and helping build a large array of services to all investors new and old in the real estate industry. Tyson C. Drummond was born and raised in Wichita Kansas. Graduating high school he sought a passion to fight for our freedoms with the United States Navy. Finishing up a successful career in the military Tyson obtained his mortgage broker license in the state of Florida and began networking his future with many involved real estate investors from all over. Through his diligence he collided with entrepreneur Christopher A. Carter. Since then Chris and Tyson have been working hard at building a solid company with plenty of room for growth. Tyson has aided in the repair and renovation of over 20 properties totaling up over $300,000 in equity for our investors. Tyson brings excellence, personality, and integrity to an intense market of real estate. Already Tyson has acquired a multiple of personal properties that have set his financial freedoms free at a very young age. He deeply strives to bring those same experiences to those who want to be apart of a very beneficial and successful market.
